Cathy's
work takes a wry look at the romance of popular culture. For
Fanclub she isolates fans in the throws of mass hysteria creating
a series of lush portraits with classical references
Cathy completed
her Fine Art MA at Central St Martins in 2002 and has shown
her work recently at Vaguely Romantic at Rosy Wilde
(2003), Front Room in Lewis (2003), and Alleyoops
at Transition (2003). She is the curator of Fanclub and the
editor of art fanzine, Arty.
