Sophie MacCorquodale's new video features two seventeen year old girls talking about the influence that black culture has had on their lives. Growing up in culturally diverse South East London they have seemingly developed their own hybrid culture which draws from the multitude of influences that surround them everyday. The video provides an insight into their world as they openly discuss their beliefs, aspirations and the pros and cons of living in a multi-cultural community.
