Alice Anderson lives and works in London where she completed her MA at Goldsmiths College in 2002.

She received the Gilles Dusein Award in 2001 for her films and has been invited to participate in a large number of exhibitions and film festivals in Europe. These include The Museum of Modern Art in Paris and the Oberhausen Festival in Germany. In 2002 the Yvon Lambert Gallery in Paris gave her an individual show.

Early in 2003 the Pompidou Centre presented her Imagined films. In September 2003 she will be part of the Jean Cocteau retrospective also at the Pompidou Centre with her new film Opium.
